Her background in various sectors of the service industry enabled her to refine her customer service skills, which she now draws upon on a daily basis. This experience stemmed from being the head waitress at a local café to being a bar attendant.

The lure of working in real estate was too much for Simone to ignore as she thrives on exciting challenges and the variety that the industry offers.

Keeping herself educated in her fields of interest is of utmost importance to Simone. Some of the courses and accreditations Simone has recently achieved include RSA, RCG, Certificate 2 in Hospitality and the Property stock and business agents act 2002 Certificate of Registration.

Professionalism, terrific communication skills and being able to keep calm in all situations are the very attributes that made Simone perfectly suited to her role as a Property Manager.

Simone’s easy care nature, strong will and enthusiasm for the position make liaising with tenants, landlords and trades people effortless.

In her spare time, Simone enjoys relaxing and spending time with friends. You’ll also catch her working just as hard in her second job.
